Website inquiry submissions

When you submit an inquiry, the form sends your details to Fresh Vibe through our server and a Google Apps Script receiver. Its fields include your name, email, company or website, destination country, requested products, quantities or budget, sales channel, and additional details. After validation, the inquiry is saved in a private Google Sheets database and an email notification is sent to freshvibe.only@gmail.com. We also record the inquiry reference, time of receipt, page URL without query parameters, referring site origin when available, and your privacy consent. Submission does not place an order.

If you contact us by email

If you choose to email Fresh Vibe, we receive your email address, the message and any attachments, and information you include about your business or order requirements. We use this information to respond, review supply requirements, prepare quotations, and manage related business correspondence. Please include only information needed for your inquiry.

Email service and retention

We use Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, and Gmail to process inquiries, store the register, and send notifications. Our website server relays validated submissions to the Google receiver; its secret token is not included in browser code. Relevant business correspondence may be retained to handle the inquiry and related transactions. A fixed retention period has not yet been published. Contact us to request deletion or information about records associated with your inquiry; any applicable recordkeeping requirements will be considered.

Hosting, fonts, and analytics

The public website is hosted on Vercel. The hosting provider may process technical connection and access information to deliver and secure the website. Google Fonts supplies website fonts and may receive standard connection data, including an IP address. With your optional analytics consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, traffic sources, guide engagement, inquiry starts, and confirmed inquiry completions. We send page titles, page paths, permitted campaign codes, referring-site origins, content groups, and content revision codes. Inquiry names, email addresses, product requests, free-text details, and inquiry references are not included in these analytics events. Advertising features and automatic form-interaction collection are disabled. Google may process standard connection and device information when the analytics tag loads.

Optional analytics choices

Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics. You can decline and still use the site and inquiry form. Your choice is stored on your device for up to 180 days. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. Analytics cookies are configured with a 180-day lifetime; Google Analytics retention controls are managed separately in the property settings. Declining or withdrawing consent prevents further custom analytics events from this site. Measurement excludes visitors who decline, block analytics, or use an untracked preview address.

Questions and requests

For access, correction, or deletion requests concerning information you sent to Fresh Vibe, contact freshvibe.only@gmail.com. Identify the relevant correspondence so we can locate it. Please do not email sensitive identity documents unless specifically needed and requested.
